In January 2003 we brought a couple to Costa Rica to see a UEMS conference. They

work with the youth in the local Baptist church in Panama.  We felt the need for

them to see what God was doing there with the youth in  Costa Rica.  The experience

was a great one. They got a vision of what God could do in the lives of the youth.

They told us that they as a conference ( 5 different churches ) had been praying and

asking for guidance for a program that would have an impact on the youth of their

churches.  They said this was an answer to their prayers.
